Shoot, I do not quite meet the 4.8...but what is a last signer? I am very new to Frienship Books.

a last signer book is pretty much a book that is full and ready to just be mailed home :)

I use to swap fbs in the 80's. just started less than a month ago on facebook site. Tired of seeing same names all the time. Looking forward to this!!
