Description:
Do you get tired of investing time and stamps into people that only write once or twice or only write a page? This is for people who want lasting penpal relationships. You will have two partners to write to hopefully resulting in 4 quality penpals. No recent no sends. Must have at least 10 snail mail swaps completed with a well filled out profile. I own the right to ban anyone I see fit.
