WIYM: Fabric PCs using 💙 BLUE (USA)

Inspired by this tutorial using fabric scraps to create postcards lets send some 💙 blue hued happy via snail mail!

• Two (2) Partners
• Sending Partner’s choice of theme (if any) and whether or not to mail these postcards naked or using a protective envelope or clear sleeve
• USA & territories only

NOTE: These postcards simply need to have a blue hue included but they aren’t necessarily monochrome blue & the tutorial is only for inspiration. Artists are free to craft their postcards in any way they wish, as long as fabric is incorporated into their artwork. 💙 🎨📫
