This is a Global swap. 1 partner, 1 business/legal/large notecard size envie full of polka dots/circle printed goodies, suitable for summer or year round crafting. Any and polka dots are welcome. Envelope: Must be decorated with a polka dots theme. Filled with: Send at least 4 different items, NO paper scraps - any flower themed papers must be a minimum of 4x6 and unfolded. Make your envelope as full as you can get for 1 first class international stamp, just keep it flat. Fill with 4 of the following: ATC blanks/coins, stickers, washi, embellishments, ephemera, stamped images, ribbons, fussy cuts, die cuts, punchies, twine etc. You know the drill - time to refresh your stash!
