I found a place that showed me the New Halloween stamps. They are forever stamps, but that place didnt give me a release date. I will ask my PO today. They are forever stamps. Spooky Silhouettes

You can always get stamps online and it only costs $1.25 for them to be mailed to you. I've ordered up to 4 sets of different stamps and just pay $1.25 S&H. You can also pre-order and find out release dates. From the home page go to POSTAL STORE and then click on STAMPS and you can see what's new and what's coming out soon.
