Use any quilt pattern that inspires you...and remember, a BTC is similar to an ATC, with the following differences: it's only 1.75 inches wide; it's decorated on both sides; embellishments may extend over the sides, top, and bottom; and there's a hole punched in the upper left corner for the binder ring.
