Hi. I would like to do this swap, but it says I do not meet the minimum rating. I've only ever participated in one swap and got a 1 because it wasn't received internationally even though I sent it and I forgot all about it until my friend reminded me of this site...3+ years later...can I participate since I haven't had a 1 rating in the past 4 months?
