Hi I am new to this group. looking forward to some new techniques. With the add a ... Is the ATC of your own choosing and then you add a shoe like in altered art. So the atc is not a shoe theme?

BMG also sent me a PM & I answered her that way but, I thought maybe I should answer here to in case anybody else is wondering. I told her that the ATC can be any theme with a shoe added. However, I would not be dissapointed if I received a shoe themed ATC.
