Handmade Art Quotes Swap #1

Have you seen those cute little mini easels that you can buy at craft stores and art stores? I bought a few, but now I need some art to put on them. I love mini art. I love how it's small enough to put on a work desk, on a bedside table, or a bookshelf. For this swap you will pick a quote you like (it can be serious, funny, romantic, whatever you pick). Then you make a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 art piece (known as standard envelope size: A2). It can be vertical or horizontal. Use heavy cardstock for the canvas and use any art/craft/sewing supplies to decorate. Like paint, machine stitching, stamping, fabric swatches, please no stickers.... unless super high quality.
The quote should be the only thing produced from a computer. Don't do the entire print as a digitally designed image. This is a chance for us to get out our ephemera and craft stash and use it! You will create 3 pieces of art (may be identical) and you will send to 3 partners. Just think you will have 3 pieces of art to display in this ONE swap.
